  1. Does anyone know if the new Cendyne DVR-A05 DVD recorder comes with the NERO burning software? If not where can I get the NERO burning software for DVD's. I already own a copy of Nero 5.5.7.2.

  2. Most Cendyne writers (all all non-brand names) are just liteons

    5.5.9.2 is the version.

  3. What do you mean by liteons?

  4. Id be very careful using nero to burn your dvd's, some standalone players seem to play them while others refuse. I think if I remeber correctly you have to burn them in UDF 1.02 format!

  6. LiteOn is a company that makes DVD/Cd Writers. Almost every single NON BRAND name (IE: Sony, HP, etc.) use their products.

LiteOn itself is actually a VERY good burner

It comes with Nero 5.5.9 as stated above..
I have never had problems with Nero, as i have always used it, and this version is no different.
As for the authoring program that comes with it.. Never installed it.. Saw a post on it a while back, and it seemed like a big headache.. For authoring, i use SpruceUp for the fancy stuff, and IfoEdit for the rest
