right now i am converting a divx to a vcd. I followed the instuctions on this site and everything went smooth. except for it says in the the instuctions that you can preview it to see if its right. so i went and did that and the video was choppy and no sound is this normal. I just started it so their is not much done on the video but like the little bit that i previewed was chppy and their was no sound, is this normal? Thanks in advance

Yes it is normal. Encode a few seconds and hit stop and play to see how it actually looks like.
