Hi, i have a new RCA DRC220N and i have tried to burn a few bin and cue VCDS i downloaded and when i tried to watch them , it reads the disk, and plays but the screen is jumping up and down and is fuzzy therefore is is impossible to even make out the picture.
I have tried burning just mpegs and they play fine, the two vcds that havent worked are two towers TCF rls and star trek that gave me the same problem.
i have also tried converting the vcd iso to a mpeg , and the movie played and still gave me the same trouble.
Also , i have tried different cds , none work ,. i use memorex
