    Hello all,

I recently watched a copied DVD which has a menu and scene selection just like a real DVD. I was wondering if this would have been a self made menu, or whether it was possible to grab the menus from original dvds.

    Cheers

  2. The DVD-rip was done by the IFOEDIT method.

It was NOT authored with Maestro etc

By copying over the _0.VOB file the menu will be intact.

Some links on the menu may not works as some parts may had
to be left out to make it fit on a 4.38GB DVDR

so can I grab the menus for use on a vcd then? or maybe svcd or miniDVD?

Also, are there any guide of how to grab these menus?

    Thanks for your help

  5. MiniDVD only.

And you would use up 20% of the CDR disc just for the menu.

If you do not have a DVD-burner forget about original Menus.
