    I need some help on gettin of black bars becuase on the fast and the furious subbed screener, the video is cut off so somebody help me!! '

    It's probably not cut off, but the black bars are one of the methods of preserving the aspect ratio. There's been a lot of previous discussion on this, try using the forum search.
