What do you mean, "mux"? If you mean "join", use a software like WAVMerge, or join the AVIs with VirtualDub and then extract the entire audio as one WAV.

yes i ment to join them...but when i tried to join 2 avi's in Vdub he gave me an error that the 2 avi's not with the same bitrate or something like that...i used other software to join the avi's but that one ended with no sound...now i want to join the 2 audio and than join it to the finale avi...

Join the two WAVs with WAVMerge or something, then open your big AVI (the one without sound) in VDub, go to Audio/WAV Audio, choose the new WAV, then select Audio/Compression,MPEG1 Layer-3,160 or 192 kbps, then File/Save to AVI.
