The How-to section states: (using TMPGEnc)
    Select Super Video-CD
NTSC if the video source is 29,97
NTSC Film if the video source is 23.976
PAL if the video source is 25 FPS.
(read here how to check the video source FPS/Framerate)
The avi I'm trying to do is 20.00fps. What should I use?

Another one i tried played great but the video just stopped on a frame and the audio continued. Any ideas on that one?

I'm sorry I am the ultimate newbie.

    Thanks,

When converting a file with an odd framerate (14 or 20) the results are not going to look good. you can extract the audio in vdub then change the framerate w/ vdub then convert in tmpgenc with the new audio & video files. Still not going to look good. I suggest trying to find a bigger (better) copy of that avi.
