I no everybody has there favorite capture card and I went thru and read alot of the comments posted about all the different capture cards.

After reading all those comments I am truly scared to buy any of them. It just seems like too much hassle.

All I want to do is record the Nascar races on the weekend onto my pc and take my Parents home videos and burn them into a video cd or DVD format.

My biggest issue is editing out the commercials on the Nascar races. I read one comment that said he could not get his Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 with Ulead's DVD Movie Factory to edit out the commercials. I would think that all of them should be able to do this.
