    hi please can anyone help a freind has bought me some vcds but the quality on them is terrible is there a way to copy them to my hard drive and improve the quality before putting them back to vcd

    Your not really going to be able to make it any better. each time its converted it will slowly get worse. kinda like making a copy of a copy of a copy etc..... The only way to get better copy is start with a pure clean source like a dvd rip.
