Ok,I didnīt rip a dvd so I just went straight to encode my movie to mpg using TMPGEnc with the right template.
I have the newest version of TMPG (v.2.59).

First I make a wave from the movie using Virtual Dub.
Then I load up the One Disc VCD template.I load up my movie and audio source.I used the wave on audio source. My movie size is 103 minutes and 17 seconds long so I had to lower my bitrate to 822 to fit one CD.

I did that and the estimated file size was 768,45MB.When I then encoded the whole movie the file was not 768,45MB,it was around 1GB.
What the hell went wrong?I have also tried to encode 1 minute just for test, and the outputting mpg was more than 1MB more than it said it would be in TMPGEnc.

Itīs okay now cause the problem was that the new version of TMPGEnc sucks at encoding to right size.Use the old one.THANX for a member in this forum called pmaizitis whoīs told me to install the old version of TMPGEnc and now it is great. If someone are using the new version of TMPGEnc,I advice that you download the old one.You can get it from here:
