Need help to synchronize audio-track

Hello,
I've a movie with 23.976 fps.
I've a german sound for that movie .
When I mix the sound so that I have a germnay movie and I play it with divx everything is fine.
I try to convert it into SVCD. But than it's seems that the movie is jumping.

I try to convert the 23.976 movie into a 25.00 fps movie...but the sound doesn't fit. can somebody help me , how I can make the audio-track synchron to the 25.00 fps movie.

What you are doing by encoding 23.97fps avi to 25fps mpeg is NSTC to PAL conversion.

Search the forum or look in the guides section as there is lots of info on methods for doing this.
