I'm trying to strip down my anime dvd9s so they can fit on my dvdrs and want to get rid of the extra audio tracks and other unessential stuff. I'd like to keep the menus if possible too. So my question is: How do I identify like which is the english audio track and which is the japanese track, spanish track etc??? And how can you identify what is what in general(extras, fbi warnings, etc.)??? I used DVD Decryptor for my first time experimenting with this. Is there a better program maybe??? Help please.

once you've ripped the disk, open in ifoedit. That'll give you all the info you need & help you strip out the unwanted tracks.
