    i want to andvance its Quality,bc the Mov file is so small (3MB) and it can only be video half size if its played in Quicktime,i want to enlarge it,and make it not too blurry,The Souns id ok,but the picture is the Problemo...help me please...im using the latest TMPGEnc

    No matter what, I'ts pretty impossible to make video quality better than what it is - every (lossy, like MPEG) encoding intruduces quality loss. You could try experimenting with VirtualDub and applying different filters, but in the end - what isn't in the video isn't there.
