If I author a DVD with Spruceup or Ulead DVD using MPEG2 files, my Apex player will play these DVD's with sound but my Pioneer plays them back with no sound. If I wanted to buy a DVD player that supports MPEG2 sound, how do I know what player will play DVD's authored with MPEG2 files and what ones won't? For home movies I would rather just author with MPEG2 to save time, so I may just want to buy a new player, I just don't know what one.
