    i have a movie as a dvdrip and i tried to burn it as vcd and svcd but the screen on the tv looks very narrow unlike the original rip which is wide screen

    oh i forgot
    and i simply used nero to convert and burn the movie
    so if i am not using the irght program could u name a different program that is as easy to use cuz all the others seem way to complicated

    Widescreen DVD is 16:9 . VCD is 320x240. If you maintain Aspect ratio you get 320x180 in a letter box. Does that look like what you have? Either change aspect ratio to 4:3 or crop the left and right sides some.
