Hi,
I'm a newbie at this so please bear with me. I have a relatively large drive (160GB) on my system and I would like to create a sort of DVD jukebox. I have taken my DVD collection and ripped them all to the drive but I need a way to play them just as if they were on a DVD drive. I have PowerDVD on my system but I can't fool it to think that the HDD is a DVD drive. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Scott

powerdvd will play them straight of the hdd.
find the button which says select source then press open dvd on hard disc
then find your ifo file and press ok.

You can also rip them in iso format (dvddecryptor) and use deamon tools to "mount" the image
The system will react just as inserting the original disk
