Well, I finally have all of the chapters broken appart and the surround sound works in each chapter. The only thing that doesn't work is when a user presses next track button, it doesn't work. What do I need to do in DVD studio pro so when a user presses the next track or previous track button, it will go to that chapter? Thanks

You have to set the function of each remote button in DVDSP. By default, almost all are left inoperable.

It seems like you commited the same mistake I did in my first hand-taylored DVD. No, you don't need to break apart each chapter. You need to have the entire movie in one file, along with the audio in another file in one track, then you manually set the chapters in that track (which is, a painfull thing).
If you have a track for every chapter you'll have to set the "Jump when finished" property to mimick a full movie, but you won't be able to use the Previous button because there isn't such property for a track. Seems like you'll have to join each chapter back to a full movie file. Good luck
