How to enable the program button on remote control using VIDEO_TS.IFO

I have join two music dvds in one using AVS Video ReMaker and all the time frames and chapters are working fine. I just have one problem, before I put these two dvds together I was able to play each dvd using my pioneer DVD player Model v7400 and I could choose to program the dvd player and make a playlist to play any chapter on sequence that I need for that specific event, now after I join the two dvds I have lost that capability, every time I press the Program button I see in my video screen that option is now block. I have download some software like PgcEdit and Ifoedit to clear all the prohibited user option with no affect, I am not expert of DVD command, but if could give some point where to look for, I'm sure I'm missing something, please any help would be appreciated. Start with > pgcedit > load affected project > info > dvd commands > save > save as joinedtitle.txt > zip it up , and post here .

Repeat for one of the originals > zip as original > post again .

Should get an idea of what the problem is through comparison ... don't trust "join" products .

through comparison I see that I don't have those lines like:
" 7 if ( gprm(0) == 8 ) then { LinkPTT Chapter 8, button 1 (1024) }" or
" 6: Set gprm(0) =(mov) 5 ; LinkTailPGC" in my joinedtitle, and I don't know what gprm means or LinkTailPGC but I believe that what is causing the problem. How can I add those line in my joinedtitle DVD? Thanks.
