Hello, I'm hoping I'm in the right group. I bought my ASUS v7700 Deluxe over a year ago with the intention of capturing my home movies to the computer. Well, I put that off long enough & then when I upgraded to XP I was excited that it offered some pretty cool Multimedia tools.
Anyway, enough background information, here's the problem. I can't get the video capture to work under XP. ASUS doesn't have any "released" 7700 drivers for XP, they are all listed as beta drivers. So, I downloded the most recent versions of the ASUS drivers, the WDM drivers installed them and can't get this to work. It's driving me crazy!!! All I get is a black screen.
What I'm hoping to find:
1. Someone withe this card under XP that can say what versions of these they've used to get it to work.
or
2. Some utility that I can use to see if my card still even works.
Thank You,
Ian Cazabat

Mate, try using the window2000 drivers. I used to have that card and could capture with WinXP but used the win2000 drivers off the cd that came with the card. Worked fine...........
Keep it Real !!
