Professional programs that can rip, decode, encode?

What are the names of some professional programs that are similar to DVD2SVCD and can Copy Vob files, extract audio, encode audio to mp2, encode file to MPEG 1/2 write CD image file etc.

I try these programs out instead of freeware for once

Why pay for something you can get for free and probably works better. Only thing I have heard about these packages is that it is nothing you can't get for free and no technical support.

well first no one professionaly is going to encode to mp2 audio ...

saying that - it would be done exactly the same way you are all doing it if needed (grabbing a shot off some disk ussually for a quick marketing piece or whatever)....

A retail packet that you could buy in the store would
have the problem with the Ripping part due to legal problems.

Decrypting the key needed to rip the files is illegal as stated in DMCA.

Does not matter if is a simple key to find, if you try to break it you are
violating the law.

They will not go after freeware, but if a business is selling
a retail software that does it they will come down on them.
