Cannot rip dvd after multiple programs

Movie - After Innocence - plays perfectly on computer and dvd players

DVD Shrink with DVD43 - rips but plays scrambled and is skippy like macrovision, on reauthor main movie is not even availiable to rip anywhere on the dvd

ripitforme - fails after DVD Decrypter States there is protection on BUPs

rip.net / pgc.net - finds main movie but closes as soon as I click rip it and same for dvd ripping

IFOedit - tried creating new IFO's/BUP's and movie is still scrambled


I've never had this much difficulty with a dvd, any help would be appreciated.

running p4 2.8, 2gb, 500gb

found own answer - uninstalled dvd43 and reinstalled anydvd and it worked perfectly. Haven't used anydvd in over a year. Thanks anyways

They don't even use any unusual copyright protection. Must be something wrong with the DVD, scratched or something. Try an up-to-date DVDFab HD Decrypter. It can skip over corrupted places.

RCE protection not found.
Found & removed wrong DVD structure!
Found & removed Macrovision RipGuard protection!
Found & removed error zones between files!
Found & removed invalid program from program chain!
Found & removed Autorun from Video DVD!
Found & removed 2 bad sector protections!
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!

I cleaned the hell out of this disc, like 5-6 times. 1 small scratch nothing important though. I really found it odd that ripit wouldn't get it done. First time it's ever failed me.

Yes, that is strange, especially so since the DVD came out in February, before RipIt4Me was discontinued, and it could, at that point, decrypt anything ever released. And I guess I was wrong in saying that it couldn't have any unusual copy protections, as, evidently, it used RipGuard. But RipIt4Me, DVDFab HD decrypter and others don't have any trouble with that. At least you got it sorted.
