I have been trying to get this vfapi thing down. I load the avi in tmpg, apply the filters, and save the project. I then go to the vfapi proggy, load the project file, hit convert, then close the vfapi proggy. Open cce 2.64. Try loading the dummy avi file created by the vfapi, and I get an error stating ” not an avi file” I checked the extension on it and it says avi, but cce won’ accept it. I have both the project file and the dummy file in the same folder also. Any suggestions?

are you only looking for speed with cce? you would have been done already if you used tmpg. cce only has speed over tmpg NOT quality

Generally, CCE SP2.64 doesn't read VFAPI AVI, AVS, and VDR files. You better upgrade to 2.66 or down grade to 2.50. If you have to use 2.64, you need Link2 Aviwrapper.
