    I have an svcd file that Flask sees as 29.97 fps, but detected fsp is 23.976. I've burned a svcd disc and towards the end of the cd I get pixelation, vid or audio pausing.

    I've tried demux/mux. Same problem.

    I'm using vcdeasy 1.1.2 to make the svcd disc.

    Should I re-encode??

    Why did the author of the mpg do this type of framerate?

    try encoding with tmpg the program that vcdeazy tell you to use

    Ur saying re-encode with tmpeg with pull-down, right? Is there a 2:3 setting in tmpeg?
