audio sync problems

I have clad dvd the dvdtoavi is in the clad dvd program and tmpgenc then i burn the movie..... the problem is that the audio is out of sync ,I have done 3 others movie's and worked ok...I have a 1.3 mhz computer with 128meg ram with 64 mhz on video card ..... It has the sync problen in the dvd and on computer... The tmpgEnc trial has ran out,was thinking that could be it but it is for the mpeg2 right ? Befor the trial ran out it worked ok... thanks ..... also one movie is choppy about half way though it, then to end of movie.... My audio sync problem don't start untill half way through the movie too
