  1. im dying here i can do anything ive downloaded like 10 different programs and they seem like they need all different things. WEll i wanted to go the tmpgenc route. I would rip it with smartripper then use dvd2avi then bring it into tmpenc. But then what the heck do i burn it with? I have nero but that doesnt look that it can without ifo files and vob files.i would like to just burn it like i do with the vcd's is that possibel? anyway i guess what im asking is there a easy way to do this i tried some stuff on here already and didnt work like the dvd2dvdr program etc.. I appreciate it. Thanks

  2. Head over to www.ulead.com and download a demo of DVD Workshop. Outstanding program for someone who just wants to jump into authoring. Works for 30 days without purchase. It will author and burn DVDs for you, all you need ahead of time is the MPGs. It also has no problem with video encoded with TMPGEnc, which Sonic apps seem to have trouble with (assuming you can figure out the horrible interface). My two cents: DVDIT! SE/PE is a waste of time and money, avoid at all costs.

  3. keep up with what you are doing but when you encode with TMPGEnc use ES (video+Audio). you will get a M2v and Mp2 files after you are done. now go download IfoEdit from this site. then click on dvd author and auther new. now add you m2v file in the video and your mp2 file into audio. going to have to click on all files or your mp2 file won't show up. now xelect where you want the new dvd files to go. once done run nero and burn your new dvd files
