  1. Hello everyone,

I just got a DVD+R burner, and I'm attempting to convert and burn my first Divx movie into a DVD format so I can play it on my home system. I'm using VirtualDub to open the divx avi and converting the mp3 audio to wav audio, then re-saving back into the avi. Then using TMPGenc to encode the movie into a burnable DVD format. However, for whatever reason, TMPGEnc rips a m2v with the DVD video, and a seperate wav file for the audio, but does not combine the two files. And when I go to multiplexing under the "mpeg tools" menu, it just tells me it can't combine a wav and m2v file. So how do I combine the two files? Did I do something wrong in the setup?

Use TMPGEnc. Use the original AVI file as input video, and the new wave file as input audio. Load the DVD template and select Start. That should work.
    Hello.
