How do you tell if your video source is interlaced or non interlaced.I am confused as to wut they mean anyways. My movie i have is divx format(23.976fps)

if its anime your converting you definantly DO NOT want to de-interlace it, this leads to annoying jumps in the video playback every few seconds if there is ever a slow pan from side to side or top/bottom etc.
and the frame rate for NTSC Film is the best rate for anime so you wont need to change that
