is it possibl for tmpgenc to read MPEG2 files without having to install ELecard Mpeg Player or it's codec. I know TMPG can encode to MPEG2 but when I try to load one it says unrecorgnized or supported media...12,12a,12i??? neeed sum help. I know if I install elecard it will setup a common decoder but it has a alpha layer watermark theat encoded in to the video when reading mpeg2 like when converting MPEG PAL to MPG2 NTSC. I have winDVD2000 already installed but that help my tmpg problem...
