AOTC - chapter 2 problem

Star Wars II AOTC

The first .VOB of the movie chapter 2 has multiple angles (different languages shown on the screen). The VobID's for angles 2 & 3 are 3 and 4.

PROBLEM
Movie stutters/skips on this area of play in chapter 2.

WHAT I HAVE TRIED
1. Rip DVD Decrypter v1.3.4.0 in file mode, complete rip.
I view the .VOB using PowerDVD you see the languages/sceens change.
Use IfoEdit to strip VobID's 3 & 4.
End result - picture is jerky or skips in chapter 2.

2. Rip using SmartRipper removing angles 2 & 3.
End result - still problems in chapter 2.

SOLUTION
How do I get the first VOB file without angles 2 & 3 that plays without skips?
