I have an MPEG1 with shifted audio encoded by TMPGEnc. Using VirtualDub, I have figured out the size of the audio shift (~320 ms). Is there any way to make TMPGEnc re-mux with the audio stream shifted, without re-encoding the MPEG?

Oh, and please don't suggest using bbMPEG...it doesn't handle XVCD settings correctly at all.
