    I have Premiere 6 and I'd like to know if is there a plug-in that lets me export a video in vcd compatible format or even dvd-r compatible format? I use Premiere a lot to edit my videos and I believe a plug-in must exist, am I right?

    I believe the answer to both of those is No, not without going through some form of Quicktime first.
