    hi
    i record satellite video streams (TS format) and then i need to cut some parts out of the stream and convert some to VCD compatible files for reducing size.
    what's the best method?

    Cut and convert with avidemux. Make a VCD with VCDEasy.

    i have it and was used to use it for converting into AVI and it's great.
    but i don't know how can i convert .TS into VCD by using it.
    what options i have to select?
    then if i have an MPEG1 file, how can i cut it with this tool?
