this is what i have been using
a aver tv card, i have a 1600mz pc.
the software i have been using is powervcr,
the captures i have made so have have been good,
but not perfect, they are slightly grainey, one problem with pwoervcr
is that it captures in chunks, so you have to them edit them together.
any advice on how to get a perfect capture to damme near to it would be great,
ps vitrualdub does not work with my capture card.

I think AverTv is based on Bt848 chip, so Virtual dub works with your card if using http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/ drivers
