    I swear it worked better before ,I`ve changed detonators,and Via 4in 1`s and the wdm capture drivers since i reinstalled XP.My previous VHS captures show a quality that i just can`t repeat.Any ideas would be welcome.Starting to wonder about Bios settings...any Crucial ones ....?

    look in the capture preferences tab and make sure that the default fps is set to 29.97 I think it's about 15 befor you change it..
    entirely TOO much time on my hands
