    Ive got primo dvd 2.0 build 2.0.749 (english) and it does not reconise my pioneer dvr 104.
    Do I need an update if so where do I get it.
    My 104 firmware is 1.33

    You need to update PXEngine to make the Prassi Primo DVD to recognize the Pioneer DVD-R/RW 104. Here is the link.
