I am trying to create an SVCD from a ripped DVD that will play on AS MANY DIFFERENT DVD PLAYERS AS POSSIBLE. I use SmartRipper to create a VOB file, convert to MPG2 w/ TMPEGenc, then burn with NERO.
Everything seems to be working great got great picture and audio quality on a DVD player w/ 96kHz/24bit audio d/a converter, but when put in a DVD player w/ 192kHz/24 bit audio d/a converter the picture will stall, skip, and the audio is virtually impossible to hear.
What kind of settings do I need to adjust to increase the likelihood of playback on DVD's w/ a higher kHz????
Please help!!
