    help.. both windows media player and tmpg say this--have nimo and a few other codecs installed.........
    have encode dozens of movies until deuce bigalow and orange county

    Try unregistering 'MMSwitch.ax'.

    regsvr32.exe /s /u MMSwitch.ax
