I made a movie on vcd and I deleted the movie from my computer, If I copy the vcd in nero 5.5 will I lose any quality? and do I only need nero to copy it?

No, if you copy a CD you won't lose quality. Many programs will do a straight copy (e.g. Nero, EZCD, WinOnCD, etc.).
