    Does anybody know is there any problems with exporting editted DV video in Premiere 6.5 to DV format again?
    I am getting some strange color artifacts but I don't know if this happens because of DV to DV export.

    Sounds like codecs problems. DVSoft is pretty stable codec. Try removing AP6.5, make sure the codec is removed as well, and Reinstall all again.
    If this does not work, reload OS.
