    When I convert an Div-x movie to mpeg2 svcd format.
    the movie is Freeze for 1 sec every minute.
    what is wrong.
    and what should I do to make it not Freeze.

    This is a result of the differences in frame rates. SVCD is 25fps (pal) and your Divx is probably 23.976 fps.
    You can use virtualdub to change the frame rate to 25fps before converting to svcd. You would also need to fix up the audio with cooledit but there are audio sync issues doing this way. Just read the other posts on this forum.

    didnt know, that can covert div-x to mpeg2, what encoder that can do that ? and what i have to do, to the audio file.
