I want to put some SVCD's on a DVDR with menus and everything. I have read the guide io Doom9 but it won't work.

I need to now if there is any Authoring program that does not care about the standards and allow you to use 44K audio and 480x480 SVCD resolutions.

Converting to 48K usually give a lot of noice and really almost all DVD players play 44K anyway.

When using the authoring feature of IFOEdit 0.95 (It deos not care about the standards) I know that my DVD player WILL play the SVCD without any hastle. So If there would only be a good way to of authoring the DVD with two SVCD movies with menus etc. withour reencoding the Video AND the audio would be nice.

Why do I want this?
Just for FUN and a backup for my SVCD's. And since DVD+R's are only 2.50 euros i can affort it.

Whit the DOOM9 guide I keep getting issues with various authoring programs. The one I liked most was DVD Complete. If I reencode the audio to 48K (the noice issue) I still keep getting error messages that the final VOB's can't be muxed (Also with MyDVD4).

I anybody knows an way I would be very pleased... :P
