New Ifo 0.95 Authoring question

I have imorted all of my file ok , mv2,Ac3,chapters and Subs no probs

But for some reason the time delay settings for the audio file are not selectable

My Ac3 file is - 101ms not very big i know only 1/10 of a second but i would like to put it right because i notice it

But i can't change these settings and i think that they are implimented in this version because the guide i have from Doom9 tells you to set it
