    I need to know how could i convert an avi movie from a Pal source to NTSC . fact is that i´m trying to make VCD´s and my DVD player cant play Pal B VCD´s in colour.
    Plz help me. I tried with TGM but cant see in colour any movie that is in PAL.

    is it already Mpeg??? If so, use a 2:2 pulldown filter to convert it to 24FPS, then use tmpeg or CCE to re-encode it to an NTSC resoltuon, you can then use a 3:2 pulldown filter to convert it to NTSC 29.97 FPS

    I have a PAL AVI file, and need to convert it to NTSC, what program i have to use?
