...vs vhs saved from the timeline(avi) thru my cam?
I'm confused here. I encoded my timeline from premiere 6.5 to mpeg2.
Then I semi authored(as well as I could with the crappy dvdit Le version)
and burned the dvd. I compared the quality from the vhs tape to the DVD+RW I created and the vhs tape was considerably better. The audio was much better on the dvd but the video had kind of a watery type appearance around anything moving. Is there a simple fix for this. I just re-encoded the avi vid at a higher bit rate(like 8k) but haven't tried it.
The first one was encoded at 6k. I thought this was sufficient. I have searched for 2 days on this site in hopes of finding a common prob but haven't. I may download the spruceup prog to see if it works better....
Any help greatly appreciated!!!
thanx!![]()
