  1. I have some dvdrips, i made them into VCDs using Nero, but the sound plays late. Can anyone help me with this problem, I'm new. Thanx in advance

    Check the sound again, because you put the sound and video isn't on the right track (I mean exactly the same time).... I think you might put it late after the video start.. so that's why come the problem started late... check it around......

    if you used tmpg to encode just go back and use mpeg tools to correct the file use mpeg tools - cut and merge and choose make vcd compliant vcd don't choose auto setting :P

  4. I would advise to use TMPGEnc or any other DEDICATED encoder to encode to (S)VCD. Nero does a lousy job at it since it is designed mainly for burning (hence all the problems that arise when it is used to encode).
