  1. I have tried various CDRW's to view VCD. Problem is that somewhat into the movie, it gets seriously distorted. Color problems and sound "glitches". Makes the movie unable to watch. Anyone know a GOOD CDRW that would work??

    i have the S336 (germany version) an it's the same Problem. After trying any type of cd-rw and cd-r i get...

    i gave up!

    sometime a cd-r works..sometimes not.

    I recently bought an additional Player, the yamakawa 860. he's not as good as the sony ind dvd, but works with all kinds of cd-r an cd-rw, also mp with id3 tags...

    Well...shoot....don't want (cant afford) to buy another DVD player....oh well.....maybe someone can find a cd rw that works....thank you for your help

  4. I have the same player and i have used Memorex, Imation, And Verbatam CD-RWs and they all work perfectly. You might want to try those if you haven't already.
