  1. I just converted some avi files using TMPEG to MPEG2 but found that the sound level of the MPEG2 files differ. Is there anyway to normalize the sound of the avi files cause i want to make a DVD of it and want the same sound lvl. What program would be use best for normalizing audio?

    Thanks in advance

TMPG has a normalize feature built in. Look on the Audio tab, check Use Audio Edit, click settings and then Normalize.

  3. Thanks for the reply. I tried it but that feature on let me select the volume on 1 audio file. I have rip the audio file from the avi and currently have 4 audio wav files which have different volume, is there a way to make them all the same volume so when i play on dvd standalone player I wouldn't need to adjust volume control.

I'm just guessing here, because I've never done it, but maybe you could use the Merge and Cut tool in TMPG to join the files together, and then normalize the resulting file.
