    I have an ATI TV Wonder VE, and for some reason, i don't get a picture. The audio is fine, but i have a black screen. Can someone tell me how to correct this? I've emailed ATI Tech support with NO LUCK. I've updated the bios, the video drivers, and uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the tv card, but nothing seems to be helping.

    In your profile cpu is set a 1.9Ghz? Are you overclocking? If so you
    may have to increase the latency time for your pci bus - > check
    your cmos settings.

    No. Not overclocking.... It's a P4 running at 1.9 gig. -
