I created some masters a while back from some shows i produced on DVD-R .. I made them up with menu's etc. Each disc has two titles with one chapter each.
My clients have recently expressed interest in VHS versions of the same shows so I want to create some DVD-R masters without menus and some blank leader on the front and back.
I do not have the original m2v files anymore nor do I desire to rencode them. I would like to take the VOB's or demux to seperate m2v files each of the two Titles so i can rebuild them in my DVD authoring program. What is the best way to do this. SmartRipper will do it but puts both titles into one m2v that I then have to mux with the audio and split in the middle and demux. I am looking to cut this step out. Any suggestions?

Smartripper should be able to demux each title separately. I just used it to remove a single title from Beauty and the Beast and it worked fine. Use Stream Processing and just select one of the titles. Select Demux to File, save the selection and Start.
