Capture card recommendations - UK

Hi,

I'm hoping you may be able to suggest some capture cards that will suit my requirements.

Basically, I want to capture some VHS tapes (mainly PAL, but 1 or 2 NTSC), so that I can write them to DVD-R. I want to try to keep the same quality as the original video tapes if possible.

Is there a card for about £100, that would be able to do the above? Also,
where is the best place to buy the card?

The specs of my PC are:
AMD Athlon 2000xp
512mb PC 133
80Gb IDE Hard Drive - 7200rpm
Windows XP
